No swans this morning, just a duck and I was surprised to see a terrapin basking in the sun.

Would the terrapin have been released into the pond being an unwanted pet do you think?

Yes i think it could have been. It was quite big. I thought it was a bird at first until i took my sunglasses off and realised what it was.

Did you know most shelters have a turtle lady rescue just for such things?
