I went to the hospital on 5/23 I was 4 weeks 1 day & they did an ultrasound and seen completely nothing and my hcg was 521 they told me to come back 5/26 so I went back an a gestational sac was visible very very small but no yolk sac or fetal pole an my hcg went up all the way too 2,524 I’m kinda of worried

Hi Thasmoee, I can understand your concern and worry, but I think it'll be hard to get real reassurance from anyone else. Experiences like this are unique and the outcome for one could be very different for another person. From the sounds of your subsequent post about being asked to just wait for a repeat ultrasound, it suggests that none of your medical professionals are sure what's happening either.
If anything I think I'd be urging you not to become too excited by your pregnancy as yet. Get that second scan as soon as you can, and then if things still aren't clear, ask any questions you have then.
