Isn’t it amazing having the sunshine caress your body, the warmth and the feeling of wellness.
Now is the time to get out into the garden and fresh air, social distancing permitting.
In your own garden, get your hands dirty. It’s wonderful feeling the soil between your fingers, messing with your pots . Rearranging plants if you can, even the smallest of plants can give beneficial help to ones sprit, lifting you out of the doldrums.
Enjoy life, as it’s all there to be enthralled by.

You don’t have to have a Garden a small space on a window sill, in a fire place on a tiled floor even in the bathroom. There is always somewhere for a plant pot to stand, that will brighten up your life. 🌈
What a lovely thought. I chose this difficult time to learn sign Language and I’m currently doing an online Chakra course with a lovely Maori teacher. I feel it helps me stay positive and it’s fun to learn sign language with my kids.
