Isn’t it amazing having the sunshine caress your body, the warmth and the feeling of wellness.

Now is the time to get out into the garden and fresh air, social distancing permitting.

In your own garden, get your hands dirty. It’s wonderful feeling the soil between your fingers, messing with your pots . Rearranging plants if you can, even the smallest of plants can give beneficial help to ones sprit, lifting you out of the doldrums.

Enjoy life, as it’s all there to be enthralled by.

God bless one and all 🌈🌈🌈

That's a lovely positive post Hecarrymenow, even though I don't have a garden! 👍

You don’t have to have a Garden a small space on a window sill, in a fire place on a tiled floor even in the bathroom. There is always somewhere for a plant pot to stand, that will brighten up your life. 🌈

You can even hand one from the ceiling. X

I love gardening. Once you get down to it, your mind just empties. Often very hard work, especially the digging, but the results are very satisfying.

And it is amazing how many wonderful plants self seed. ( I won’t mention the brambles lurking to attack you.)

Haha yes the brambles.....I have plenty of those and boy do they resent me!

What a lovely thought. I chose this difficult time to learn sign Language and I’m currently doing an online Chakra course with a lovely Maori teacher. I feel it helps me stay positive and it’s fun to learn sign language with my kids.

Stay safe and enjoy the sunshine.

Have you visited Chelsea flower show , I put a post on this morning about their virtual gardens this year as the actual show has been cancelled, worth a look if you're into gardening.

I agree I don't know what I'd do without my garden , even though it's not very big there's always something to do, I can potter out there for hours or until my back gives up lol It makes me feel alive to see the seeds I've planted sprouting , my nasturshum seeds are going mad it must be all the sun we ve had.

So true. I've had a lovely day today pottering around in the garden and planting my hanging baskets. Bless you too 💚
