Well I'm getting there . Walking every day now ! I walk between 1.5-3 miles a day most days. Sunday's I do what I call my "big walk". This is 4.5 -5miles. This will hopefully get me fit enough to start jogging next week. I'm going to start again at week 1 on c25k. After the virus I've found I'm stiffer, weaker, and I've even had blisters from my trainers as my feet have gotten softer! I know it takes time to build up but never thought it would be so tough? I hope they will now be able to put park runs back on with some of the relaxing of the lockdown. Stay safe everyone.

Excellent news on how you are doing Jpu1966. Very well done and keep up the good work. You'll get there!
Well done!!! ❤️🌈
I had pulmonary toxicity that had the same treatment - high volume 70% oxygen etc - as COVID-19. I had been a cardio gym bunnie but it took a year before I could get back in the gym, despite being on prednisolone. Take it easy and you will get there.
