Hope you are all well. This is the third time I’ve tried to post today. My internet keeps dropping out- anyone else having internet problems? I’ve not picked up a brush or drawing pencil for a good 26 years, being in lockdown and self isolating since 19th of March has had mental challenges and I’m hoping that rediscovering my creativity helps that. I’m reading a wonderful book called Conscious Creativity by Phillipa Stanton I do recommend it. I also have a keen interest in photography but being indoors you only have so much to photography! I have tried to post my first attempt at a coloured pencil drawing in here since this morning but failing to post it! Or maybe it’s just broken the web 😂 anyway it’ll surface at some point today!

Hi Dalia, thanks so much for sharing your post! I hope your connection issues sort themselves out as I would love to see your coloured pencil drawing! I think it's wonderful that you've been able to use this time to focus on being creative. I completely agree this lockdown has come with some mental challenges, but it's fantastic that you've been able to channel those hardships into something creative! Wishing you all the best and can't wait to see your work!
Hi Dalia. I hope your pic shows up today. I have to reset my router most days now. It didn’t used to be a problem. Too high of a demand I imagine. I have been pondering how a i might tap back into my creative side as well. I think my biggest hurdle is being lazy. 🤗
Yes Dahlia74, I had the same dropping signal problem yesterday! Fine today though. Thank you for your recommendation of Conscious Creativity. I shall certainly check that out. Keep trying to post your drawing. We'd love to see it! 😊
