Yes, 4woody, not only to listen to it, but experience it. To really sit with all the facets of your life. We cling to the good bits and don't really examine the boredom or the pain and disappointment, because it can be painful to do that. But to sit with it and observe it brings greater understanding of life.
In the stillness and lack of external stimuli , we learn to appreciate what we have. To rediscover the memories we made in picture and video form. Our life and our home lay dormant waiting for such a moment. It has been a blessing for some and a curse for others. The beauty and healing of planet at such a cost. Nature bites back maybe or human folly?
