Hi all
I didn't go very far today as I went shopping this morning, made some carrot and swede for hubby, lentil, squash and sweet potato stew for me then a very late lunch.

I went shopping this morning for some milk, bread and eggs and the first shop hadn't got any eggs so I walked to another one which had and job done so I didn't get very far today either but a short walk is better than no walk at all.

Isn't it great when you can incorporate your walk with shopping as well and you got everything you needed - result 😊

It certainly wasn't and it was very grey and windy when I went out but I felt good for doing it.
It's getting better again, so here's to the dry and sunny weather. At least the cuttings I planted 2 days ago are well watered in.😉

Hmm.
The menus and walk sound pretty good to me. From the photos you have a nice place to exercise.
My wife and I got enough exercise by hauling, cutting, and splitting firewood (by hand) to not worry about riding or running. That will be for tomorrow along with a solid gardening day.
I don’t know what Swede is.

I live right on the coast and surrounding countryside and am very fortunate.
I love the sound of your exercise, you are exercising every part of your body which is good.
Swede is similar to turnip.

I usually drag a kid out if I can find one and we generally cover about 5 miles. It’s usually them that wants to come home first though! 😊

That's not bad at all, you wouldn't get my eldest granddaughter who's 8 walking that far.👍

These are teens so they're a bit older. One is a dancer so very concerned about losing her fitness. She runs some days instead. I feel very lucky to have the time for our lovely walks 😊

Dancing is a wonderful thing, wish I didn't have 2 left feet so to speak. I can understand that she doesn't want to lose her fitness and how lovely as you say to have the time now 😊
