Hi, I found myself on the Positive Wellbeing Group too! I found it too much, I was innundated with emails which never seemed to end. Jerry has explained in his reply how to get off that forum. I did too! It is a relief to just be on this one which I love and one other.

That is strange. I did leave but found zI was back on it somehow. It's seems different though. Last time I had masses of emails but now there are fewer. I dont know what's happened.
