I haven't been sleeping well since just before the lockdown. Like this morning awake before dawn. I love sunsets but this sunrise and before that the dawn chorus was so beautiful.
To me Easter means Jesus has risen and by his death I can have life. Not just any life but the life God gave me. No it isn't a life of bed of roses. My life has had its trials (mental health illnesses in my family),illnesses (asthma, painful bladder sydrome and acid reflux) and losing love ones I know I would be crushed without God by my side.

True it won't be different it's my first Easter without my dad. He died in January peacefully in his sleep. I so wanted to be with my mum. However all my family is safe and well.

It's very much appreciated what you have written in your message it gives people hope who can't get around the idea of the coronavisus outbreak killing so many people including the Nurses and Doctors from all around the world and also some people who are loved ones. Your message brought the true meaning of Easter alive like you say it's the Day that our Lord Jesus christ rose from the dead. I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ but I no longer go to a church because there are so many false witnesses around who use our Lords name for their own ends. I now show compassion for the sick, lonely and other people who need someone's help and love and understanding . Like you say being a follower of our Lord Jesus christ isn't easy as we still have to bear what other people suffer from it doesn't give us a free passage from illnesses or death as we all will suffer from the last one where we all pass from this life to a life unknown for people who don't believe in the lord Jesus christ but we as followers of the Lord God are to show true compassion and love to everyone no matter who they are or what beliefs they have. Then it is hoped that they will see The Lord Jesus christ. in our lifes through showing them the true meaning of Love and happiness no.matter what we have to endure in our own lives.
