Hi all
I cycled 29.68km today which equates to nearly 18.5 miles so I'm happy with that especially as I cycled up hills I've never cycled before, boy did my legs feel it today. 
I did manage to take some photos so here they are and I hope you like them.

That looks so beautiful. I am trying to work towards getting back on my cycle. I loved cycling. I did a lot of it until I was hit with a load of health problems one after the other. My aim is to get back there one day though, I loved my bike.🚴🚴
I really hope you can get back on your bike. I'm so sorry you haven't been able to get but hope your health improves enough so you can get back in the saddle again.
I've only recently got back on mine and got back into the walking recently since being on the low fodmap diet. The diet is working and I feel so much better.

Nice. I am looking forward to warmer/dryer days here for riding again.
I switch to running when things get cold and wet but my first love is cycling.
So am I. It's not been bad here today, warmer than of late. I'm also mainly on two feet when it's really cold.
I've just ordered a saddle cover, it's definitely needed😉. The bike was a new one last year but I haven't been on it as much as I'd liked to have been as my health hadn't been good but it's much better now.

Well the hills were rather steep in places but I love a challenge but was glad to reach the top though😉
Believe it or not I've not had much spare time yet.😊
