Does anyone know if emojis from iPhones can be seen by people with android phones? My daughter and I used to set quizzes for each other where you had to guess the song or film depicted and I thought it would be fun to do some for people here along with the other quizzes I’ve been setting.

Hi there, In answer to your question regarding emojis from i'Phone to android.
I have noticed there does seem to be a problem seeing them. My grand daughter has an i'Phone and I an android. Each time she messages me I seem to receive either this, : ) or something similar at the end of our conversation. I am presuming this is what I am seeing instead of the emojis.
Could you see the baby and the clock in the message above?

depends on how new they are i think and if people view on laptop as im having to do at moment then dont always see emojis and cant add grrrr
Perhaps it’s best if I don’t do any more then. Of the five I posted one person couldn’t see the faces in q2 and I’d hate this to be frustrating.
