My tenants have left town.

I was just reading a post from Jerry, featuring a lovely new tenant on a toy tractor in a nearby tree,

The tenants of my own town house have all scarpered to the country for the duration, leaving behind only the housekeeper and the pets!

Having a dolls' house is very therapeutic at times like this. While my own apartment gets messier and messier with crafts, books, pens etc. scattered all around, I only have to open the doors of the dolls' house and find a calm place within, quiet, and seldom a thing out of place (except when my cat Kasar jumps on its roof and causes an earthquake).

Oh thanks Mydexter. It’s a bit eclectic. I set out to do one of those true to a period things and it was quite stressful. When I realised I could do my own thing I relaxed and have a lot of fun repurposing things from charity shops and making my own.
