Staying Home Diary

Hello All

My anxiety issues have improved over the last 30 years from being totally Agoraphobic to being able to travel with company. This stay at home time is not unfamiliar to me but I am being careful not to regress. Going for a social distancing walk is essential for our wellbeing and notice how nature is enjoying the cleaner air. Appreciating the trees and birdsong, noticing the emerging plants.

Try and stay positive and healthy

Hi Clericus thank you for sharing this post! It's wonderful that you are being so proactive about potential anxiety issues and I completely that getting out in nature is so important to us right now if we are able to. I do notice the air feeling cleaner and the sun shining and the birds singing is so helpful when feeling isolated.

Thank you for being so positive during these strange times!
