Lynn I live in Nova Scotia Canada and our number are not high but there have people at the beach just hanging out selfishly . I try to keep myself busy doing puzzles and colouring Mandela’s and cooking healthy food and I have some one picking up my medicine so I stay mentally well. And reaching out to total strangers helps as some can relate how hard and triggering and being alone with this illness . A vertical hug to you Lynn. I am grateful to your reply. ❤️❤️🙏
