I’m having to self isolate due to being in the most vulnerable group. Not easy as I live with my wife and two grown up children. Paranoia sets in every time I hear someone cough

I really think family members living with vulnerable people should be paid to stay off work. The advice at the moment seems a bit patchy to me

I share your situation. I have 2 daughters still at university who have returned home for the duration of the crisis. We took our daily walk yesterday, a beautiful sunny afternoon. After returning home, I developed a dry cough so I am now isolating in the bedroom and hoping the rest of the family will be ok. They're looking after me well, keeping me fed and watered!😁

All the best to you. I have been advised not to go out at all with the exception of the garden
