If you can, it's always good to exercise and what better way than to go running through some quiet streets.

With my creaky knees running is out of the question, but I'm definitely enjoying a brisk walk very early in the morning.

Running on oxygen is way out of the question but I do walk as far as I can to try and keep what is left of my lungs working.

Running?!? Not a chance!! I have to sit out but I've got some pedals I use in the house!! Take care and stay safe
