I hope you are well

I am very much on my own and I also spend my time wishing I was out and about

It is a beautiful day but such a sacrifice is necessary to keep us safe

Very hard on to cope I think due to the isolation and restriction on our daily life which makes us realise the value of the simple things in life

Hi Roukaya

It's hard but take comfort in being one of the sensible ones who is following the rules, no matter how hard, so that you will help this to be over sooner and you're more likely to come through it safe and well too. So give yourself a pat on the back Take care and stand proud. 🌺

Still Trump says we’ll be out by Easter. 😂

Going for my constitutional this afternoon 👍

I've got this new habit of going out very early (5.30-6.30) and walking for up to an hour. It has such a positive effect on my well-being that I'm hoping to continue after the current crisis is over. At that time, apart from me, there are only joggers and dog walkers about. We're very good, one of us will cross the road on seeing the other.

It’s the gasping joggers that bother me. Yesterday, a young lad ran into the road around us, even though we were on a bend and he had his back to the traffic!

Yes, keeping your distance is fine as long as you don't end up dying (or causing others to die) in an accident...

At least you have a good view to look at - could be worse you could be overlooking smelly old factories or similar. Take Care!

It's now Easter and as far as I am aware you are still in a' lockdown' situation. I hope that you hadn't set your hopes on his forecast and that you are still able to enjoy your view, maybe noticing the changes in the landscape with the change of season. I am lucky enough to live next to a closed golf course at the edge of my small town. On my daily exercise, I can now see the trees starting to come into bud and some have lovely small white blossom.

It’s great here too as we can wander over the golf course for our exercise as there’s plenty of room for manoeuvre

A lovely view to look out on Hylda. Keep wishing and hoping. By being sensible we'll get to be out there sooner! 🌺
