I'm completely 'Bowled Over', indeed Speechless. I have been Given, literally GIVEN, a £50 BT Reward Card! It just arrived, in the Post, about mid morning. My first instinct was that it was a Fake, there are 'Scams Galore' around at the moment. I therefore called BT to inform them....But NO this was quite REAL! Apparently 'Somehow', the lady didn't know quite how, to do with my 'Renewal Package' a few weeks ago.
The only 'Comment' that I DID make, was that, I had had a Sports Package during the last Year but Nothing to 'Access it on'. The Gentleman, I was speaking to, suggested a 'BT Vision Box', and arranged for one to be sent. This arrived a couple of weeks ago, and is Working Fine. I certainly DIDN'T make a complaint.....
I will try, to contact BT, to thank them for this Totally Unexpected Gift. Has anyone else had Genuine Gifts? If so from whom?
