Hi Everyone,

I followed a recipe today for some shortbread biscuits, that Hidden had posted in the Healthy eating forum, and his post is here, if you want to see that recipe:

I've enjoyed one with a cup of tea, and I'm going to gift some to a relative, and also freeze some of the remaining ones.

I thought it would be appropriate to post in this forum about them, as they definitely enhanced my wellbeing today!

Hiya Zest. They look yummy and healthy too.... glad you enjoyed them. Bank holiday weekends gone too fast even though the weather hasn't been great.

Hiya Zest that's what I like doing. Make a batch and freeze some so you can enjoy on another day without putting in the work. Yes Bank holiday weekend was good but just went by really quickly. Hope you have a good day 😊
