Try the one minute smilence

Here is a short routine i try and do 3 times a day to help boost my mood and make me feel better. Do try it and let me know how you found it. You just need to give yourself 2 minutes max to do this each time. Try and be somewhere with no distractions.

Smile to the right, Smile in front of you, Smile to the left,

Breathe in positivity, Breathe out negativity

Smile to the right, Smile in front of you, Smile to the left,

Breathe in positivity, Breathe out negativity

“Recall happy thoughts or happy moments in your life whilst smiling for a minute.”

At the end of this just laugh out loud - hahaha hohoho

Dear confidentqueen,

You deserve a MEDAL....where on Earth did you 'Get/ Find' this? Smile, for a minute, I'm still Smiling now! I have a Picture/Graphic, of a Grinning Cat, ''Let's Start a Smile Epidemic and get The World 'Infected'''. Just a thought but, how about, we get The Commons, The Lords, Holyrood and the Whole European Parliament Smiling! (Maybe even Teresa May, Jeremy Corbyn, Nicola Sturgeon (if that is how it is Spelt???) Et Al.....or is THAT 'asking' too much?) Do you remember Monty Python?....'Stupid Things To Do, On a Rainy Day....One- stand Out In The Rain....'

Imagine if you had to 'Redesign' the Human Body.....Would you have More, Or Less, 'Dangly Bits'? If less, what would You 'Do' instead- if More Where would They 'Be? Would an 'Extra Set Of Arms' be helpful or In The Way...Ditto Legs. I might 'Go Along' with an Extra Mouth, probably NOT a Nose though- unless you want to Pick It, that is. Extra, and also Interchangeable, Fingers might be Handy. I'm sure that, most Females, would rather Babies were Born into a 'Box', near your Tummy, and could just be Collected. Maybe a, type of, Tap that could just Drain Away 'Excess Fat'...Now That would be Helpful!

What word is the LONGEST ever, NO NOT 'Antidisestablishmentarianism' (yes I DO know what it means too)....It's Smiles because there is a 'Mile' between the 'S's. "S....MILE....S"...…

Close your eyes and imagine this...since the Matter, on this Earth, is a Closed System (ignoring small asteroids, water & air loss- into Space- and the like) then we have all been 'Pood' out of a Dinosaur. Well not US exactly but what we are Made of...…So the next time that you 'Feel Like S..T, you know why!'.

One more, that I have 'Posted' before....A Money gets into the bath 'WAH, HO, HO, HO, HOOHOOOHOOO, A-H-H-H-A-H-H....." "Well put some COLD, in then" said his wife!

Put you finger, in your ear, and think of....SAUSAGES....! As I said, ten out of ten...actually Eleven, out of Ten.....Twelve?

Warmest Wishes, thanks again.
