Does it make me a bad person that I get annoyed when people ask me how am I feeling ? Knowing already what im going through. Its nice that they're concern but when it's Constant that's when it gets to me. Like when something is really long bothering me I'll let someone know.

Hello Julieann, Being annoyed doesn't make you bad it makes you human. Especially if you are anxious or depressed, you are probably going to misread people's intentions. People are probably concerned for you and might not know what to say. When you are feeling well this likely wouldn't even faze you. Don't deny your feelings acknowledge them to yourself and then let it go. Think up some responses to this question and then turn the table and ask them how they are. I like to say ' I'm finer than frogs hair, mama.' Ah let's see... I'm better than yesterday, not as good as tomorrow.' 'I'm rockin it' And I'm sure you will think of some more suitable to you. BTW Julie , how are you feeling today?Me ? How am I feeling? Why I'm happier than a pig in mud. Pam
Just be grateful you have people around you who care enough to ask how you are. Think how much worse it would be if no one ever asked you or cared!

You might know what it is like to go through what you are going through but don't expect the people you are with to know what it is like. If they ask you how you are feeling maybe they are doing so in the hope that someday you might actually be able to tell them that you are feeling better.
Never be upset at people asking how you are!

plzmybabies yes I have actually, thank you for asking. I have my days of course, but I'm able to handle it more and bring myself back to why I'm feeling this way. I've been reading this meditation book and drawing and it's been helping a lot.
I'm the same way. Especiallyif I'm trying to move on from feeling a certain way. I just feel like them asking me is reminding me of what I don't want to go through or feel.
