Hello Everyone,

I am currently searching for counsellor male or female, who have been counselling women suffering from postnatal for over 1year period. As part of a research as part of my dissertation at the university.

I have suffered from postnatal depression for many year but was not aware of this until went on the counselling course. Therefore as a trainee counsellor I would like to help more women who suffer from postnatal depression later on but I would like to hear from counsellor of their experience and what therapy approach in counselling.

Because currently there is much literature on the topic which state CPT therapy works best. But I would like to hear your view if you find CBT helpful or do other model of therapy.

If you are interested please could you email me on rakk149@hotmail.co.uk

I look forward to hearing from you.
