Sick day protocol

Morning wonderful people , I had some sort of virus last weekend end that resulted in 24 hours of vomiting and diarrhoea . I followed the sick day protocol and went up to 10 mg. Rang the doc and asked them to increase prescription . He has more or less allowed me to follow my own tapering protocol . My question is - although I feel ok again I am not 100% still feel a bit off from the weekend should I stay on the sick day protocol ?

According to the bit about D&V, once you are settled again you can drop the extra steroid. You will feel a bit off just due to the effort of dealing with it so I wouldn't worry about that.
