Home from holiday with Virus

At hospital this morning after waking up unable to breathe in the night,seen GP this morning, yes I say again did see GP, he was thinking I could have a blood clot, got all tests done and no blood clot, says could be Virus, pain in my chest, said my blood work for inflammation was up, but haven't up steroids, hope I'm doing the right thing x

Sorry to hear that.. antibiotics would probably help more than steroids per se.. but just make you don’t flare. And if you feel really bad you might need to consider Sick Day Rules -

Keeping it in mind DL, could up them until Virus clears maybe 5 days 🤔

When you say you couldn’t breathe, do you mean it was difficult to get your breath in or out or that what breath you were taking didn’t feel as though it was doing the trick? Any cough? Were your oxygen saturation numbers ok from the finger widget?

No SnzzyD just for when breathing in and out,yes all OK with the widget,

I had a phone rheumy call last week and he said that if I am on antibiotics to increase pred for the duration and drop back down?

Thanks sophiestree, I'm not on antibiotics, but have put them for a week.
