PMR links with raised ALP

Hi. Could anyone help me please with this question. I am 68 years old and was diagnosed with PMR in 2020. In 2024, a blood test showed that my ALP was significantly rraised, and it continues to stay elevated. I also have osteoarthritis and non alcoholic fatty liver. My GP is excellent and continues to investigate, but I read online that there could be a link between PMR and elevated ALP.Does anyone else with PMR have elevated ALP.

Thank you for your time.

PMR is an inflammatory condition, and the liver's role in inflammation and metabolism may be affected, leading to elevated enzymes. Some people have mentioned liver problems on this board.

Thank you for your quick response. I'm still getting to grips with using the site but will search for any links.
