KNEE REPLACEMENT

This is an comment to Horsewhisperer. I've had both my knees replaced in the last couple of years with excellent results. My biggest advice is do the exercises religiously to reap the benefits. Extension is just as, if not more, important as flexion. I know it's painful but so worth it. I dance now 3 or 4 times a week which is wonderful

Hello Crossstitchfanatic, this is wonderful to read! I am finding the pain tough to work with when doing the exercises at the moment. I will take on board what you suggest and thank you for the advice. 💃🏼
