Hello, I ordered some Biotin supplement after seeing it recommended here. I notice it contains zinc. I have seen somewhere that prednisolone can react with zinc. Is this correct please?

It is mainly that pred depletes zinc so it is logical to supplement. But don't take more than is recommended.
