Thanks to everyone who replied to my post.

I have sensibly booked to have my flu jab next week.

I am grateful for this new forum community that I have joined & don’t feel so alone with this PMR illness anymore ❣️

Could I make a plea: please don't put your user name in the space for a title when writing a post. That is to give an indication of what you are going to say and will generate related posts about similar things. Your name will appear automatically but if you write several posts using your user name as title, the Related Posts will just show you the posts entitled Goldenlump!!!!
