does anyone use one of these? A friend recommended one for sleeping and I did find one bit of research that supports using them for reducing inflammation:

Thanks, that’s really helpful. As usual some find it helpful some don’t. My friend who has ME said it made a big difference after a month. I spent all last week walking outdoors in bare feet and had the worst sleep in a long time! Severe stress though.

I would find it hard to walk in bare feet as I am type 2 diabetic(in remission) and we are told not to walk barefoot
