Vomiting in night ?Take more pred today

hallo

I was vomiting for about 5 hours in the night, roughly once an hour. I think it was food poisoning. I started about two /two and a half hours after taking my preds, which I take in an enteric coated capsule. I take a split dose and this morning I took the morning dose, much later than usual, as I was sleeping, with my other meds and no vomiting. I’ve also taken some paracetamol for headache and rehydration salts. No problems. My arms are very achey and legs heavy, but no other symptoms.. should I take some more pred to day?. I took 7mg last night. The morning doe was also in enteric coated capsule so probably only just breaking down now.

Will do. I’m just about to have a sleep. Arms feel a bit better and I only have to do a bit of light shopping, so I might be ok. Many thanks
