No surprise really. I know what to expect or do I?
I am tapering from 10mg yet again and down to 7mg
Quite a few annoying red dots and purpura things on my arms but personally I'm feeling cool and go out for walks and wanders everyday. A little weight lifting
I'm a vegan of decades and know what to eat
Still slurp some turmeric but do wonder if it's doing any good.....
I have a few ideas to help me taper easier and will implement that plan after my Sisters in Law leave to go back to America and I've seen the Madness gig on Plymouth Hoe (that's going to be achy!)
No. I do take accrete d and multivitamins. I'm not ill just want to do my best to be comfortable and happy 😀 I read a bit of the article you forwarded.... The paragraph was good and I will read that later....

I have used Vitamin C and Zinc lozenges x 2 in a pint of cold water everyday since about 2017.
A young man who was is an asthma nurse at our local hospital recommended this a lonf time ago and I haven't had a wicked cold or bad asthma since.
I drink Huel ... a bottle if I'm out and about and a litre of Huel powder swished about with Alpro Oat milk when I'm home.
It’s easy to get enough in a vegan diet these days. Plant based milks are usually fortified with calcium to the same level as dairy and as an added bonus vit D is added too (which is insignificant in dairy milk.) Tofu is also an excellent source. My vegan daughter was very put out when she found out I was taking my Pred with yogurt and told me to eat broccoli instead!
That sort of thing is brilliant in the airfryer. But of course I add a small bit of meat, never more than 100g and rarely more than twice a week. I couldn't do vegan entirely but do like vegan food.
So do I! The non-vegan daughter enjoys tenderstem broccoli but was very resistent to "proper" broccoli but decided to try it last week and found it didn't kill her! 5-6 mins in the airfryer at 200C - so quick.
