Just to say I've been contacted by the program organiser at my local Nuffield gym. Unfortunately because of a high volume of interest, the next program is fully subscribed but my application apparently remains active. It may therefore be some time before I can get onto the course, but as soon as I do, I'll send some feedback.

Quick update on my Nuffield Joint Pain Program
Hard luck!!
That's a bit sad. 😢
Does it have a rolling intake? Ours does, the lady I saw said that people drop out. Disappointing when you’ve geared yourself up for it. X
That’s bad luck just as you were raring to go. My experience was that quite a few people dropped out early leaving spaces free and others could join. Is there more than one Nuffield near to you? I’ve just finished the excellent joint pain program with great results. The trick will be keeping all the hard work going. Good luck. I hope you get accepted very soon. 😃
Hi Pangolin43,
Thankyou.
Unfortunately there's only the one gym that's near enough. There is another listed but it's a 45min drive away...if the M11 is clear!!
A bit frustrating but it will be worth the wait. I found it extremely beneficial.
Thankyou. Good to hear you found it helpful.

It just sounded so good, and so many people seem to be benefiting from it, so I decided to sign up.
It's free and you'll be given more than just exercises to help manage joint pain....it offers a whole package of advice, strategies, tips etc to help manage individual pain & mobility needs.
Hi Kendrew , can you enlighten me and tell me what is the Nuffield programme. I live in Ireland and never heard of it. Thanks
It is an exercise programme run by Nuffield Health at their gyms

There is a Nuffield Health gym in Dublin so they may be able to tell you more about whether it exists in Ireland.
