Advice About Reduction

Hi Everyone. This is my second time around with Pmr, so my recollection is a bit hazy. I have sailed down with no bother at all from 15mg to 4mg, but since starting on 4mg last week I feel totally wiped out.

Did any one else experience this.

Thank you Jenny x

Sounds like adrenals - so stay put and let them catch up - then slow up on the tapering -

And use one of these-

The lazy adrenal effect is the most likely answer at this level! Slow down the tapering and read all DL's links.

It sounds like the deathly fatigue. I got it at around 6mg. I would not reduce until you feel a bit more wide awake. Do you remember having it last time?

Hi piglette, I don't think I had this last time. It is like an uphill struggle.Jenny
