Is there a way of making "printer-friendly" print-offs from our correspondence here?

Probably only by selecting entire post and printing - or copying and pasting into word file or notes.

But you can save the post and or copy the link to entire post or just one specific reply..

I can’t see how you can without having to print the whole page and all the stuff around the post. Unless someone else knows, sounds like DL’s solution is about the best.

Hi. I just highlighted and selected some of the text from Snazzy’s post and pressed “share”, then sent it to my printer. It worked, but I suppose it depends on how up-to-date your set-up is. I’m using an iPad mini and I have a new HP printer. In the past, I’d have had to go with DL’s solution.

The current software has two columns so you can do a cut and paste of the left hand side only, so you don’t get all the gumph from the right hand side. You could save the URL of the posts you want to save onto a computer file of your own. The advantage of that is if people add to it after you have printed it out you will always have the latest version.

This is us what I do and it works well for me especially as it’s always updated as you say.

Or. if you really want a print-out, and you are a bit of a luddite, like me, then you can

highlight the left hand column, copy and paste to a Word doc, delete the bits you don't want, then print in the normal way.
