Just needed to end the year with a big thankyou to all you lovely people. As I come near the end of my 3rd year on this forum (and down to 1.75mg pred) I feel uplifted every day by the kindness and humour I find here. We’re spending eight days away, driving from Surrey to family in Cheshire, then Hertfordshire (here now) then Suffolk before returning on Friday to start the next DSNS to 1.50 mg hopefully!

Warmest greetings and a Big Thankyou for your daily help!
Greetings to you too from Mayo Ireland and to all forum members. I agree with all you have said about the forum and thank you to all who give us such good advice. Safe travelling.
Maybe don’t be too quick to start the tapering… just give your body a chance to recover from the travelling…. No rush… but good luck when you do.
Best wishes to you too. I agree with DorsetLady, don’t rush to taper before you’ve rested and taken stock. Wishing you a healthy happy 2024! 🥳
Greetings and best wishes as well. You've had/having a very busy few days with friends and family as well as a lot of driving, I would agree withDL and SJ about your next taper. Why not give yourself a week or two back home to give your body a chance to rest and get back to normal and then restart the taper. At this low level there is no point in rushing things unnecessarily.
