I was diagnosed with PMR 3 weeks ago. During the acute period pre-diagnosis I also developed a small white patch on lower lip which consultant has now diagnosed as leukoplakia, brought on by sun exposure. Reading up about this suggests that it may be another autoimmune condition, in which case might it go away of its own accord now I'm on steroids for PMR?
