prednisone pharmacist is a you tube channel I found yesterday. She is on the medication herself. Thought I’d pass on the info as this community has helped me so much. She also sells supplements.. know nothing about that part

Dr Megan has also claimed some strange things in the past - so do check it out before accepting what she says as gospel. Her latest very expensive miracle supplement is one - it contains melatonin which is contraindicated with pred as it can make adverse effects WORSE but she claims there are no interactions - maybe not if you use an alternative database!
