My red blood cell and hemoglobin counts are finally in the normal range after eating liver (advice from rheumatologist).Eat it maybe twice a week (fortunately I love the taste and texture - with ketchup)

Just wanted to share this great advice to those who might have low counts.

Liver and bacon casserole used to be my mother’s go to meal -but she was on a limited income, did have 4 kids to feed and also came through WW2 when times were hard…so still had that mentality even in the 1960s ..
