My daughter is an occupational therapist and printed this for me to help with pacing.

May be helpful to people especially those new to PMR or CGA.

I found pacing and resting hard initially after being active.

That is perfect particularly for someone starting on their PMR journey. I worked most of these things out myself over time and suffered for overdoing things. Should be given to everyone on diagnosis in my opinion.
