PMR Cured?

After 9 years and 11 months I have finally weaned myself off Prednisone. I started at 20mg per day for PMR and used the slow reduction method to reduce the dose. For some years I could not drop below 3.5mg and thought I would be on Pred forever. Nothing worked until I changed my diet by cutting out sugar and eating very few carbs. I am no medical practitioner and the results may be coincidental, but I will stick to the diet just in case. I will be 72 tomorrow and will have a dual celebration.
