Well we shall see if any damage done from GCA the double vision is not always there. But I noticed something last night I had no double vision while testing first time Was this a fluke or is "dare I say a hope it will disappear?" Will let you know how everything went. The ophthalmologist is a retina specialist, very good doctor worked on my mom's eye from myasthenia gravis. Still going strong at 90!

Well the ophthalmologist went great confirmed diagnosis of GCA and upper my meds to 80 mg for 1 week before I do not have full control of GCA told what I did I by arguing with my doctors staying at 50 or more of mgs of prednisone I did the right thing by believing what I had was real and dangerous, stuck to what I believed in until I got my first appointment with rheumatologist. So I can honestly say While I am on that high of a dose @80mg I got a decent amount of sleep 7 hours. Thank you for the luck wish. I appreciate it.

Sorry my mom should have made that clearer. I still had to laugh to myself when you ask because most doctors retire at 75 they must give up their practice. Still is funny again I apologize.

Most over here retire long before 75! But I had to ask ;)
