A minor question I hope you don’t mind. I’ve just read ‘Ultra Processed People’ book about additives in our diet. Eye opening and shocking to say the least! My calcium prescribed tablets have multiple artificial sugars which I want to avoid. Can anyone recommend a make that doesn’t have them? Preferably calcium citrate as on Omeprazole. Thank you.

I take calcium citrate from Jusr Vitamins. It was the only calcium citrate I could find and it includes Hydroxypropyl Methylcellose for the capsule shell and brown rice flour as well as 500mg Cacium Citrate.
