Interesting article. I think the most important point to take from it is -

“In fact, the American Gut Project found that people who eat 30 plants a week have a greater microbiome diversity than those who only eat 10 plants a week.”

Keep eating those plants!

And 30 plants isn't as difficult as it sounds since it includes herbs and spices! I was just wondering if different colour tomatoes or peppers (for example) also counts?
