Hydroxychlooquine and Doxycycline
The combo of doxycycline and amitryptiline increases a rare adverse effect of arrythmia - it doesn't mean you CAN'T take them together and if you don't have a history of certain things and the doctor considers the benefits outweigh the risks they will still prescribe it.
DOXY and HCQ is a cornerstone treatment for one condition - so it should be fine for you.
The drug interaction site show that there is no interaction between the two drugs. I am not a doctor, so I would suggest asking your MD.
That said, I took Hydroxychloroquine daily for two years. Every time I went to the dentist, I was prescribed a single high dose of doxycycline to prevent an infection (which might affect my knee replacement). I did not have any adverse effects from taking both together.
