When did you reduce to 13mg -it could be steroid withdrawal (SW) -in your last post only 3days ago you said you were on 14mg.

If it is SW, then it should get better within a few days. However if you’ve recently stopped diclofenic -which is a NSAID that also helps inflammation-so could be a combination of both things. So maybe give a couple of days to see if things improve. If not, then maybe return to 14mg.

What meds do you take for RA?

It's 3rd day today on13mg prednisalone 2nd day off diclofenic ,it's my 6th day on hydroxychloroquine for rheaumatiod arthritis, I'll give it a few more days see how it goes ,as I am quite new to these complaints I will probably be asking a few questions ,thanks for your reply

Hydroxychloroquine doesn't work instantly - maybe give it a bit longer to start to work before changing what has been working OK?
