Not having a good morning, lot of discomfort in left hip/ lower back but…..I’ve got 5 days left of the Motor Neurone Challenge of 15000 steps a day in January ! Lost my Mum to MND so despite dodgy knees and PMR….I’ve smashed it😊😊 on 4.5mg Prednisolone!

OMG.....15000 steps a day. Hang in there, January is almost over. What an accomplishment indeed. Is February demanding anything of you or can you cut way back to 9,000? I know I don't do 5000 and probably that isn't good~!! Take care..and take a break.💞
