Radio 4 this morning...Kirsty talking about chronic pain and followed by Hilary M on steroid treatment she had.. Worth a listen to both. HM said she finally found a good doctor who understood that 'you have to live, until you are cured'....looking for the treatment that allows a quality of life. I shouted YES at the radio . 😉

I'm definitely going to listen to Desert Island Discs with Kirsty later today. I've already listened to Hilary Mantel. Years of mis-diagnosis and mental and physical distress. Sounds familiar? Not our condition, but much in common as. regards awareness in the medical profession.
