Thank you for this. It is so problematic answering the "how are you" when the truth is I have deathly fatigue, muscle weakness, and general feelings of malaise much of the time! I wonder if there is an alternative to the 'ok thanks'.

Yes I dread being asked how I am, especially when I know I look well. I’ve given up trying to answer. Just usually say I look better on the outside than I feel on the inside. At least everyone on this forum understands, thank goodness.

This is website for the Wren Project for more info. I saw a poster for them when I was at Guy’s Hospital for my blood test, haven’t used their services myself but thought it looked useful
