I am currently on 2.5mg of Prednisolone ,and due to taper to 2.00mg on the 19th September,but I have my Autumn booster on the 22nd of September and Flu vaccine on the 29th September.Should I hold off on the taper for a few weeks,

At those levels I think I would - then you will be clearer what might be causing what effects. It is low enough not to affect the vaccine response - but it might be low enough for PMR to have a wriggle!
That sounds sensible. Why risk upsetting the applecart at this late stage?
